🧾 Job Overview:

The Health & Safety Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety programs

• Conducting risk assessments and managing fire safety protocols

• Performing regular inspections and monitoring worksite conditions

• Delivering training sessions and raising safety awareness

• Investigating incidents and near-misses, and proposing preventive measures

• Collaborating with internal teams and contractors to promote safety culture

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent fields

• NEBOSH IGC in Health & Safety (required)

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred)

• Additional certifications in fire safety, first aid, or risk assessment are a plus

🏭 Experience:

• 3–4 years of professional experience in a health and safety role, preferably in an industrial setting

💼 Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to conduct effective training sessions and clearly communicate safety procedures

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

• High level of integrity and commitment to health and safety excellence

🎓 المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو المجالات المعادلة

• شهادة NEBOSH IGC في الصحة والسلامة (مطلوب)

• دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية (مفضل)

• تعتبر الشهادات الإضافية في مجال السلامة من الحرائق ، أو الإسعافات الأولية ، أو تقييم المخاطر ميزة إضافية

🏭 الخبرة:

• 3-4 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في دور الصحة والسلامة ، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في بيئة صناعية

💼 المهارات الأساسية المطلوبة:

• معرفة متعمقة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية وأفضل الممارسات

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي

• القدرة على إجراء جلسات تدريبية فعالة والتواصل بوضوح بشأن إجراءات السلامة

• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام الشديد بالتفاصيل

• مستوى عال من النزاهة والالتزام بالتميز في الصحة والسلامة
