فني ضبط الجودة – Technician Quality Control
المهام والمسؤوليات:
إجراء الاختبارات الفيزيائية على العينات الصلبة والسائلة لدعم عمليات التحكم في الإنتاج، مزج المنتجات، واعتماد المنتجات النهائية.
تنفيذ اختبارات تحقق تحت ظروف مراجعة في حالة وجود نزاع على الجودة أو شكوى من العميل.
التحقق من صلاحية المعدات قبل الاستخدام والحفاظ على نظافتها وجاهزيتها للتحليل التالي.
الإبلاغ الفوري عن أعطال المعدات لمشرف الوردية.
استخدام الأدوات المناسبة لتقييم الخصائص الفيزيائية للعمليات ومنتجات التكرير النهائية بدقة.
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وفقاً لمتطلبات نظام الجودة في المختبر.

Job Title:
Technician – Quality Control
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct physical lab tests on solid and liquid samples for process control, blending, certification, and optimization of refinery units.

Perform referee testing on samples in case of quality disputes.

Check and maintain lab equipment before and after use to ensure readiness.

Promptly report equipment faults to the Shift Supervisor.

Use appropriate instruments to achieve testing accuracy.

Maintain test data and records to comply with the Laboratory’s Quality System.

ترتيب وعرض المنتجات حسب النوع والمقاس واللون بالتنسيق مع فريق عرض المنتجات.
استقبال المدفوعات وتسليم ماكينة الدفع للمحاسب التالي بشكل سليم.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
مؤهل دراسي في أي تخصص.
يجب أن يكون المتقدم بحريني الجنسية.
حيوية وحماس وروح المبادرة.
