CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH: New Subsidiary Integration Director

About the Opportunity:
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading European industrial group for a Director of New Subsidiary Integration. This newly created, high-impact role will ensure the successful onboarding and long-term performance of newly acquired or launched subsidiaries. You will be instrumental in achieving ROI targets set for Year 1, 2, and 3 post-acquisition, acting as the strategic link between subsidiaries and the parent group. Your leadership will drive integration roadmaps, embed group values and standards, and promote cultural alignment while supporting local management.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Strategy & Execution

Design and execute 90-, 180-, and 360-day integration plans for new subsidiaries.

Define and monitor KPIs for business and financial success across Years 1 to 3.

Align acquisition outcomes with investment cases and strategic plans.

Collaborate with Finance for budget alignment and consistent reporting.
Operational Leadership
-
Act as the main contact for subsidiary Managing Directors and leadership teams.

Drive operational harmonization in production, procurement, and sales.

Support governance, performance metrics, and internal control frameworks.
Culture & Talent Integration
-
Lead talent retention initiatives and manage leadership transitions.

Promote group values, decentralized operations, and collaborative culture.

Identify and resolve organizational and cultural challenges.
Risk & Compliance
-
Work with Internal Audit to ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication

Provide regular strategic updates to the European Managing Director.

Maintain transparent, empathetic communication with diverse stakeholders including subsidiary employees.
Profile We’re Looking For:
Professional Experience
-
8–10+ years in post-merger integration, corporate development, or operations leadership.

Strong background in industrial manufacturing, preferably HVAC, capital goods, or related sectors.
-
Experience managing multi-site international integration or transformation projects.
-
Deep understanding of manufacturing, procurement, sales, and finance functions.
-
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and industrial automation.
Education
-
Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
-
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification highly desirable.
Key Competencies

Fluent English; additional proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus.

The team you will join
The Application Project team provides operational support to our network of clients and end-users to guarantee their projects’ success at every stage through a premium customer experience. They provide sound system design support to venues, system engineers, audio consultants, and architects using our proprietary software: Soundvision. The Application Project team also provides on-site support to system and mixing engineers during festivals, tours, special events, musicals, and more.
The Application Project Engineer reinforces all project activities through their established technical expertise and experience in the fixed installation sound field. Using comprehensive knowledge of our products and their applications, the Application Project Engineer provides a vital technical support link between our project managers, sales department, and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand within the fixed installation and touring Arabic country market.

Maintain and develop relationships with key Arabic country consultants and engineers.
-
Drive market development through outstanding technical expertise for consultants, integrators, venue owners, and end users.

Provide training and administration on sound system theory, practice, and safe operation.
-
Design, specify, and document sound system installations.
-
Commission, measure, and verify sound systems.
-
Conduct on-site acoustical and mechanical verification/measurement.
-
Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations.
-
Prepare and conduct technical presentations.
-
Provide support for products, applications, safe operation, and software.
-
Write technical mission reports.
Requirements
-
Minimum 8 years of work experience in the Pro Audio industry.
-
In-depth knowledge of the Arabic country installation and touring Pro Audio market.
-
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree preferred.
-
Experienced in modeling software (EASE) and measurement tools (SMAART, Systune, or P1/M1).
-
Practical PA system design and operation experience for installation and/or corporate markets.
-
Experience with AUTOCAD is preferred.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Proficient in English.

A portfolio of previous work is required.
Location and Travel

Applicant must reside within an Arabic country.

Average expected travel is 50-75%.
