الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات ميداني نشيط ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بمهارات تواصل ممتازة، وخبرة في مجال المبيعات، وشغف بالتعامل مع العملاء.

المسؤوليات:

• التعرف على العملاء المحتملين والتواصل معهم في المناطق المحددة.

• الترويج وبيع الأجهزة المنزلية مع توضيح الفوائد الأساسية لكل منتج.

• بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء لتعزيز فرص البيع المتكرر.

• تحقيق الأهداف البيعية وتقديم تقارير يومية عن الزيارات.

• التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان التسليم ودعم ما بعد البيع.

• جمع آراء السوق ومراقبة تحركات المنافسين.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات الميدانية (ويُفضل في الأجهزة المنزلية أو البيع بالتجزئة).

• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية.

• التحفيز الذاتي والنشاط والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.

• امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية ووسيلة نقل خاصة.

• الاستعداد للعمل في أوقات مرنة بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

Outdoor Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, sales experience, and a passion for customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers in assigned areas.

• Promote and sell home appliances, highlighting key benefits.

• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

• Meet sales targets and submit daily visit reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and after-sales support.

• Gather market feedback and monitor competitors.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in outdoor sales (preferably in retail/home appliances).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• صيانة وتركيب وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف والتهوية والتدفئة.

• يجب أن يمتلك المرشح خبرة عملية في وحدات تكييف VRF وقادر على التعامل مع الأعطال الفنية بشكل مستقل.

• تحديد وتشخيص وحل مشكلات أنظمة HVAC.

• إجراء التشخيص والصيانة والإصلاحات والصيانة الشاملة لتشغيل جميع الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية، خاصة أنظمة التبريد التجاري (chillers).

• تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية والفحص الدوري لأنظمة HVAC.

• تنفيذ الفحص والصيانة الميكانيكية والكهربائية للمعدات لضمان عملها بأداء مثالي.

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات:

• يجب أن يكون المرشح حاصلاً على مؤهل دبلوم أو شهادة ITI.

• يجب أن يمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات في وحدات التبريد المركزية ووحدات الباكيج.

• يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في أنظمة VRF.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.

• Candidates should have hands-on experience with VRF AC units and be able to handle technical issues independently.

• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment.

• Perform diagnosis, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and operation of all electro-mechanical systems and commercial chiller systems.

• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment.

• Conduct mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate should hold an ITI Certificate or Diploma.

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in chiller and package units required.

• Must have proven experience working with VRF systems.
