Role Summary:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders by entering them into the system, ensuring orders and invoices are handled accurately and efficiently to provide the best possible service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify customer orders for both collection and delivery, ensuring accurate data entry, proper documentation flow, and system accuracy to support Jotun’s on-time delivery objectives.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor and follow up on customer deliveries and related reports.

• Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and credit notes and confirm receipt with customers.

• Review and validate system pricing against customer purchase and sales orders, ensuring supporting documents are attached and all exception or promotional pricing complies with Jotun’s policies.

• Manage inventory transaction entries to keep records current and reliable.

• Handle customer returns and exceptions according to Jotun’s established guidelines and procedures.

• Resolve invoice-related inquiries and discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance Department.

• Log and track customer complaints accurately in the company’s complaint management system.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Company Overview

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their vehicle sustainment team in Bahrain. The team supports maintenance and logistics for multiple vehicle families globally under the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, design and develop new applications for electro-mechanical equipment and systems.

• Review contractor standards and specifications to determine mechanical engineering requirements.

• Design, repair or review gas and diesel engines, simple mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ventilation and/or instrumentation systems using analytical methods to meet specifications.

• Gather and correlate data; perform routine engineering research and tests to develop or upgrade hardware.

• Guide and assist technicians in fabrication and installation of equipment to ensure conformance to design and specs.

• Evaluate field installations and recommend design changes to fix malfunctions or improve system function.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years qualified mechanical experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field, or

• 7+ years qualified experience with trade school certification or associate degree, or

• 10+ years qualified mechanical experience.

• Qualified experience includes work on light/heavy trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft, or any diesel/gasoline powered equipment.

• Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems required.

• Familiarity with MRAP/RCV systems.

• Proven maintenance, repair, and technical experience in industrial manufacturing.
