About the Job
Jude Flowers is looking for a passionate and experienced Florist to join our team in Al Wadi Square, Riffa, Bahrain.
The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage all aspects of a busy flower and gift shop.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and design fresh floral arrangements for all occasions
-
Manage flower and plant inventory, supplies, and daily ordering
-
Handle customer service and sales, both in-store and online
-
Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
-
Provide care and upkeep for indoor plants and floral stock
-
Assist in coordinating deliveries and special setups
Requirements:
-
Experience in floral design and flower handling
-
Knowledge of plant care and flower varieties
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations
-
Attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to multitask
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in floral design and shop operations
-
Valid Bahrain driving license is a plus
-
Must be currently in Bahrain and available for immediate local transfer

English required; Arabic is a plus

خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تصميم الزهور وتشغيل المتاجر

رخصة قيادة بحرينية ميزة إضافية
