نبحث عن مستشار هجرة متحمس وموجه نحو العملاء للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المكتب المحلي بالمنامة. ستكون همزة الوصل بين أحلام العملاء والدول المستهدفة، من خلال تقديم الاستشارات، شرح متطلبات الأهلية، ومرافقة العميل طوال عملية الحصول على التأشيرة.

المسؤوليات:

• متابعة العملاء المحتملين من المصادر الرقمية والعملاء الزائرين مباشرة

• التعامل مع استفسارات الهجرة للعمالة الماهرة واليدوية

• تقديم المشورة حول برامج الهجرة ومتطلباتها

• استخدام أدوات CRM لتتبع تفاعل العملاء وإدارة العلاقات

• الإشراف على جمع الوثائق والتأكد من جاهزيتها لتقديم الطلبات

• توفير الدعم الكامل للعملاء أثناء وبعد التقديم على التأشيرة

المتطلبات:

Role Description:
We're hiring a driven, client-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our Bahrain office. You will guide clients through the immigration journey by offering consultations, explaining eligibility, and supporting through the entire visa process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads from online and walk-in inquiries

• Handle migration queries for both skilled and blue-collar workers

• Consult clients on immigration programs and documentation

• Use CRM tools to manage and track client engagement

Requirements:
