المهام والمسؤوليات

• إدارة وتحسين مستويات المخزون، الشحنات الواردة والصادرة، وتتبع المخزون.

• الإشراف على معالجة الطلبات الإلكترونية (مثل Shopify وSalla) وضمان رضا العملاء.

• التنسيق مع شركات الشحن لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.

• إعداد تقارير ولوحات متابعة لمؤشرات الأداء اللوجستية والمبيعات.

Logistics & E-commerce Coordinator

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize stock levels, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory tracking.

• Oversee online order processing (Shopify, Salla, etc.) and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Create reports and dashboards to track logistics and sales KPIs.

• Improve packaging, returns, and customer service processes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product availability and readiness.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in logistics and/or e-commerce.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, etc.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
