1. Key Account & Business Growth Expert Wanted in Bahrain

Job Description

About the Role

Your primary objective will be to develop existing or new business by coordinating all business development actions and triggering opportunities within your specified vertical for larger accounts. You will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our commercial policies while focusing on growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of clients, selling Kuehne+Nagel’s services across business units.

• Foster close relationships with clients and key stakeholders across industries.

• Expand both current and future customer bases, especially Key Accounts.

• Prepare and update Key Account Plans in alignment with company strategy and budget targets.

• Support annual tender processes and assist in managing escalations for key accounts.

• Manage budget and P&L for assigned accounts.

• Oversee the entire client lifecycle: development, onboarding, performance reviews, and results.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery in coordination with internal teams.

• Collaborate with national sales and business unit leaders to increase market share.

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development in Bahrain.

• Deep knowledge of the logistics industry.

• Strong relationship-building and business growth abilities.

• High customer focus and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

• Innovative and adaptive to new technologies.

• Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.

عن الوظيفة
ستكون مهمتك الأساسية هي تنمية الأعمال الحالية أو استقطاب أعمال جديدة من خلال تنسيق جميع أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، وتحفيز الفرص داخل القطاع المحدد، خصوصاً الحسابات الكبرى. ستتعاون مع مجموعة من أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين، مع الالتزام بسياسات الشركة التجارية، مع التركيز على تحقيق النمو.

المسؤوليات

• الحفاظ على محفظة العملاء الحالية وتطويرها، وبيع خدمات Kuehne+Nagel عبر وحدات الأعمال المختلفة.

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة في مختلف الصناعات.

• توسيع قاعدة العملاء الحالية والمستقبلية، خاصة الحسابات الرئيسية.

• إعداد ومراجعة خطط الحسابات الرئيسية بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الشركة وخطط الميزانية.

• المساهمة في إعداد وثائق المناقصات السنوية وإدارة التصعيدات الخاصة بالحسابات.

• المسؤولية عن الميزانية والربحية للحسابات المُسندة.

• الإشراف على دورة حياة العميل بالكامل: تطوير، تنفيذ، مراجعة الأداء، وتحقيق النتائج.

• ضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة بالتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية.

• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات ووحدات الأعمال لزيادة حصة الشركة في السوق البحريني.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

• خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات أو تطوير الأعمال، وخاصة في سوق البحرين.

• معرفة عميقة بقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية.

• مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات وتنمية الأعمال.

• تركيز عالٍ على العميل وقدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب القرار.

• مهارات تنظيم وإدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.

• القدرة على الابتكار والتكيّف مع التقنيات الحديثة.

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وتُعد الطلاقة في العربية ميزة قوية.
