Position: Sales Associate – Watches & Fragrances
Location: Kewalram Stores & Kiosks
Job Type: Full-time
Start Date: 15 July 2025
About The Role:
Join our team as a Sales Associate promoting international watch and fragrance brands. You will support store operations, engage customers, and help drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with store management, stock maintenance, visual merchandising, and customer support.
Learn continuously about new products and train peers.
Engage customers in the sales process, advising on products and ongoing offers.
Build expertise on key brands to up-sell and cross-sell effectively.
Coordinate with central store, warehouse, and e-commerce teams on stock and documentation.
Report sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor insights to management.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or equivalent, or school leavers eligible.
Minimum 3 years of experience in in-store sales or merchandising.
Experience with watches and basic strap/link adjustments is a plus.
Exposure to international brand sales is advantageous.
Fluent in English; Arabic and Tagalog are a plus.
Strong team player with independent work ability.
Proactive learner with basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).

انضم إلى فريقنا كمندوب مبيعات للعلامات التجارية الدولية للساعات والعطور. ستدعم عمليات المتجر، تتفاعل مع العملاء، وتساعد في تحقيق المبيعات من خلال معرفة المنتج الممتازة وخدمة العملاء.
المسؤوليات:
دعم إدارة المتجر، صيانة المخزون، العرض البصري، ودعم العملاء.
التعلم المستمر عن المنتجات الجديدة وتدريب الزملاء.
التفاعل مع العملاء خلال عملية البيع وتقديم النصائح حول المنتجات والعروض الحالية.
بناء خبرة في العلامات التجارية الرئيسية لزيادة المبيعات.
التنسيق مع فرق المتجر المركزي، المستودع، والتجارة الإلكترونية بشأن المخزون والوثائق.
تقديم تقارير عن أداء المبيعات وتعليقات العملاء ودراسة المنافسين للإدارة.
المتطلبات:
شهادة بكالوريوس في التسويق أو الأعمال أو الضيافة أو ما يعادلها، أو مؤهل دراسي مناسب.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات أو عرض المنتجات داخل المتجر.
خبرة في مبيعات الساعات ومعرفة تعديل السوار والرابط ميزة إضافية.
معرفة بمبيعات العلامات التجارية الدولية تعتبر ميزة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل العربية واللغة التاغالوغية.
لاعب فريق قوي مع قدرة على العمل المستقل.
متعلم سريع ومهارات أساسية في برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Word, Excel).

Qualifications:
