Position: Rope Access Supervisor cum Technician

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rope Access Supervisor cum Technician to join our team for high-rise and industrial maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on rope access experience and the ability to lead small teams on-site while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities:

Perform rope access tasks including cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs on building facades and industrial structures
-
Supervise Level 1 and Level 2 technicians during operations
-
Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
-
Assist in rigging systems and anchor point setup
-
Maintain daily work logs and inspection reports
-
Coordinate with site managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution
-
Participate in rescue drills and emergency response planning
Requirements:
-
IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 Certification
-
2–3 years of rope access experience in cleaning, maintenance, or inspection
-
Strong understanding of rope access safety standards and procedures
-
Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians
-
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
-
Good communication skills in English

Valid driver’s license preferred

نبحث عن مشرف وفني وصول بالحبال ماهر وملتزم بمعايير السلامة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مشاريع الصيانة للمباني العالية والمنشآت الصناعية. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح خبرة عملية في الوصول بالحبال وقدرة على قيادة فرق صغيرة في الموقع مع ضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة.
المسؤوليات:

أداء مهام الوصول بالحبال مثل التنظيف، والتفتيش، والإصلاحات الطفيفة لواجهات المباني والمنشآت الصناعية

الإشراف على الفنيين من المستوى 1 والمستوى 2 خلال العمليات
-
عقد اجتماعات السلامة وضمان الاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات الحماية الشخصية والأجهزة
-
المساعدة في إعداد أنظمة التعليق ونقاط التثبيت
-
حفظ سجلات العمل اليومية وتقارير الفحص
-
التنسيق مع مديري المواقع والعملاء لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة

المشاركة في تدريبات الإنقاذ وخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ
المتطلبات:

شهادة IRATA المستوى 2 أو المستوى 3
-
خبرة 2-3 سنوات في الوصول بالحبال في مجال التنظيف أو الصيانة أو التفتيش
-
فهم قوي لمعايير وإجراءات السلامة في الوصول بالحبال
-
القدرة على قيادة وتوجيه الفنيين المبتدئين
-
اللياقة البدنية والراحة في العمل على ارتفاعات عالية
-
مهارات جيدة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية
-

As an Associate in Purchasing, you will assist with buying materials and supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain operations, managing vendor relationships, and supporting contract negotiations and inventory control.
What You'll Do

Accurately pick, package, label, and assemble orders for dispatch.

Store items properly, restock shelves, and dispose of packing materials correctly.

Conduct quality checks and report any damaged or missing products.

Follow health and safety regulations during material handling and equipment operation.

Use handheld devices and barcode scanners for order picking, packing, and inventory tracking.

Collaborate effectively with coworkers to ensure timely order processing.
What We Are Looking For

Previous warehouse, stockroom, or logistics experience (3–6 months minimum).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Basic computer skills (Excel, warehouse systems).

Certifications in forklift or pallet jack operation.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluency in English; Arabic or other local languages is a plus.
