Product Specialist – Oncology

Position Summary

The Product Specialist – Oncology will be responsible for driving the sales, awareness, and education of our oncology product portfolio among healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Bahrain, with a strong focus on government hospitals. The position requires strong scientific knowledge, effective communication skills, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the oncology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote oncology products to oncologists, pharmacists, procurement officers, and other healthcare professionals in both governmental and private hospitals in Bahrain.
Develop and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oncologists, and hospital decision-makers.
Conduct scientific detailing sessions, in-service training, and educational meetings to ensure proper product knowledge and use.
Plan and execute hospital visits, sales calls, and follow-ups in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
