About the Role:
Lead the investment operations function by thoroughly analyzing and evaluating investment projects. Monitor and report on investment performance and propose optimizations to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an optimized target operating model aligned with the company’s strategic investment objectives.

• Oversee execution of the target operating model and propose strategies to enhance investment operations and efficiency.

• Establish and enforce departmental policies, procedures, frameworks, and internal controls that comply with company rules and industry regulations.

• Manage investment performance reporting and align metrics with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, analyze variances and market competition, and recommend optimizations to increase market share and profitability.

• Oversee processing and settlement of all investment transactions including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.

• Ensure asset safekeeping and conduct risk exposure analysis for a comprehensive risk overview.

• Lead data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.

• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations and settlements of investments.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through MIS reporting and monitoring of investment limits.

• Collaborate with IT for digitalization of investment operations.

• Act as liaison with security services providers.

• Build team capabilities by monitoring performance and supporting development plans.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the investment team about portfolio updates and new strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field with minimum 8 years relevant experience in investment operations; or

• Postgraduate degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience in investment or investment operations.

• Certified CFA, CPA, or CIPM.

• Minimum 3 years in a management role.

• الإشراف على عمليات التسوية والمعالجة لجميع معاملات الاستثمار بما يشمل الأسهم، الدخل الثابت، المشتقات، والاستثمارات البديلة.

• ضمان حفظ الأصول وتحليل التعرض للمخاطر للحصول على رؤية شاملة للمخاطر.

• قيادة تحليل البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات ونقاط الضعف وفرص التحسين.

المؤهلات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المالية، الأعمال، الاقتصاد، أو مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في عمليات الاستثمار؛ أو

• شهادة دراسات عليا مع خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في الاستثمار أو عمليات الاستثمار.
