استخدام أدوات مثل ChatGPT (شرط أساسي) لصياغة ردود دقيقة ومدروسة.
اللوجستيات وتنفيذ الطلبات:

حجز وإدارة الشحنات اليومية عبر منصات شركات الشحن.

متابعة حالة الشحنات والتعامل مع التأخيرات أو المشكلات.
