المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

• بناء وصيانة قاعدة بيانات شاملة لمعلومات العملاء في الأسواق الخارجية

• إعداد خطط توسع مفصلة لتعزيز المبيعات وتحقيق أهداف الشركة

• إدارة ميزانية المبيعات والتحكم بالتكاليف داخل المنطقة المحددة لضمان استخدام فعّال للموارد

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية خارجية لمنتجات تخزين الطاقة بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة

• إجراء بحوث الأسواق الخارجية، وجمع وتحليل المعلومات الصناعية، وتقديم تقارير منتظمة

• تحديد أهداف المبيعات الإقليمية وترجمتها إلى خطوات عملية واضحة

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المبيعات الخارجية، بما في ذلك إدارة وتطوير علاقات مع عملاء رئيسيين

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صناعة أنظمة تخزين الطاقة، وفهم جيد لاتجاهات السوق

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة فرق العمل، مع مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية

Job Title: BESS Sales – Energy Storage Systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive overseas customer database

• Develop detailed market expansion plans to grow sales and meet company objectives

• Manage the sales budget and control costs in the assigned region for efficient resource use

• Design and implement international marketing strategies for energy storage products aligned with company goals

• Conduct overseas market research, collect and analyze industry data, and submit regular reports

• Set regional sales targets and break them down into actionable goals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international sales, including managing major accounts

• At least 2 years of experience in the energy storage industry with strong market insight

• At least 3 years of team management experience with solid leadership and organizational skills
