قيادة وإدارة تسليم برنامج قنوات البنوك التجارية، وضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية والنطاق.

تطوير وصيانة خطط المشروع، توزيع الموارد، واستراتيجيات إدارة المخاطر.
-
التنسيق والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة في وحدات الأعمال، قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والموردين الخارجيين.

تحديد المخاطر والمشكلات المحتملة بشكل استباقي وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف المناسبة.
-
التواصل بوضوح وبانتظام مع أصحاب المصلحة حول حالة وتقدم المشروع.

مراقبة وضبط ميزانية المشروع لضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد.
