About the Role:
Grant Thornton Bahrain is expanding its Business Risk Services team and is seeking a talented and experienced Manager – Internal Audit (Risk Advisory). The selected candidate will oversee internal audit assignments and business process reviews, leading diverse engagements from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise internal audits of varying scope and complexity.

• Perform risk assessments and assist in developing internal audit plans.

• Conduct detailed fieldwork in line with internal audit standards and document results.

• Analyze audit findings, evaluate evidence, and recommend practical solutions.

• Review internal audit reports and ensure high quality deliverables.

• Guide and develop junior auditors.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely project delivery.

• Work across diverse industries and understand key business risks and controls.

Supervisory & Strategic Role:

• Manage client relationships and foster trust.

• Evaluate internal audit issues and recommend actionable improvements.

• Lead new project engagements independently.

• Operate effectively in various industries under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred.

• Prior Big Four experience is a plus.
