تبحث شركة SRT Marine Systems عن مدير نجاح عملاء طموح ومتمكن ثنائي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية) من خلفية في تدريب المنتجات التقنية أو إدارة المنتجات، لينضم إلى فريقها في البحرين. سيتم تدريب المتقدم المختار على النظام الخاص بالشركة ليصبح خبيرًا قادرًا على تقديم الدعم المباشر والمستمر للعملاء وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للأنظمة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• تقديم الدعم اليومي المباشر للعملاء لاستخدام أنظمة SRT بكفاءة.

• مساعدة العملاء في إعداد الأنظمة وحل المشكلات المرتبطة بالاستخدام.

• ضمان تحقيق العملاء لأقصى استفادة من النظام من خلال التوجيه والتدريب.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and bilingual (Arabic & English) Customer Success Manager from a system-based training or product management background. You will be trained to expert level on our systems and will provide day-to-day operational support to clients. The goal is to help customers get the most out of their SRT system while gathering insights that inform our product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers using the SRT system

• Assist in system setup and troubleshoot user-related issues
