تسعى شركة Sayres لتعيين محلل مقاييس وبيانات لدعم تدريب صيانة سفن LCS في البحرين، مع ضرورة الحصول على تصريح أمني من الدرجة السرية يمكن التحقق منه في DISS.

يقع هذا المنصب في المنامة، البحرين، والتي تشتهر بمناخها المعتدل ومجموعة واسعة من الأنشطة الخارجية مثل الرياضات المائية، وسوق المنامة التقليدي الذي يعكس التراث المحلي ويجذب الزوار بألوانه وروائحه وأجوائه الفريدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتحديث وصيانة تقارير توافرية CNO وتقارير اتجاهات CMAV مع تحليلها وتقديم التوصيات.

• إدارة جدول قائد المشروع والعروض التقديمية المرتبطة بالتدريب العملي والنظري في مجالات الهندسة، السيطرة على الضرر، تقييم مواد السيطرة على الضرر، وبرامج إدارة السلامة والصيانة.

• تقديم تقارير الحالة وتحديد التحديات للسفن الفردية، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية لمشاكل التدريب وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.

• تطوير قواعد بيانات لتتبع وتحليل أسباب تمديد توافرية CNO واقتراح استراتيجيات للتقليل منها، مع التركيز على فئة LCS Freedom.

• إعداد عروض تقديمية تلخص النتائج والإجراءات المقترحة.

• استخدام تحليلات المقاييس لدعم مستويات المواد المثلى للسفن LCS/MCM.

• تقديم تقييمات التدريب والصيانة لفئة LCS Freedom.

• المشاركة في الفترات البحرية للسفن المخصصة لـ CNSG-C.

المؤهلات ومتطلبات التصريح الأمني:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس في البحرية الأمريكية على سفن LCS, LPD, LHA, DDG, CG, FFG, MCM.

• الحصول على تصريح أمني من الدرجة السرية (Secret Clearance).

Job Description:
Sayres is seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst for LCS Maintenance Training in Bahrain with a Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS.

This position is located in Manama, Bahrain, a destination known for its warm climate, Gulf waters, and various outdoor activities including traditional Manama Souq, offering a rich cultural experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain CNO Availability and CMAV trend reports, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.

• Manage project lead schedules and associated PowerPoint presentations for engineering and damage control classroom and practical training, assessments, program management, safety, and readiness events.

• Report status and challenges for individual ships, identify root causes for training challenges, and recommend improvements.

• Develop and maintain databases to track root cause analysis for CNO Availability extensions and growth, especially for LCS Freedom Class.

• Generate PowerPoint presentations outlining results and recommended actions.

• Use metrics analysis to support optimal forward-staged LCS/MCM material levels.

• Provide training and maintenance assessments for LCS Freedom Class.

• Participate in underway periods onboard LCS/MCM assigned to CNSG-C.

Qualifications and Clearance:

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Active-Duty United States Navy Engineman on LCS, LPD, LHA, DDG, CG, FFG, MCM.

• Secret Clearance required.
