Project Manager (Solar)
🔹 Role Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering foundation, strong leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in utility-scale solar projects. A PMP certification is highly desirable.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of MW-scale solar power projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality execution.

Coordinate with internal teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and government entities.

Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-
Review technical specifications, drawings, and designs for accuracy and compliance.

Lead progress meetings, project reviews, and report regularly to stakeholders.

Manage contracts, resolve disputes, and ensure contractual adherence.

Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Proven track record managing utility-scale solar EPC projects.

Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP certification is a strong advantage.

قيادة اجتماعات المتابعة وإعداد تقارير دورية للمساهمين.

إدارة العقود، وحل النزاعات، وضمان الالتزام التعاقدي.

التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة واللوائح التنظيمية.

دعم التحسين المستمر وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المشاريع.
🔹 المؤهلات المفضلة

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشروعات EPC للطاقة الشمسية على نطاق واسع.
-
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الأطراف المختلفة.
-
يُفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP.
-
معرفة جيدة بتقنيات الطاقة الشمسية والأنظمة الكهربائية ومعايير البناء.
