المهام والمسؤوليات:

السياسات والإجراءات:

• الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات شركة زهراوي المعمول بها.

معرفة السوق:

• إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد عملاء محتملين جدد.

• تحليل اتجاهات السوق للتعرف على المنتجات الجديدة وفهم مزاياها وعيوبها.

• التخطيط والمساعدة في إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة وتنظيم الفعاليات.

• الحفاظ على المعرفة التقنية من خلال حضور ورش العمل التعليمية، ومراجعة المنشورات المهنية، وبناء شبكات شخصية، والاطلاع على أفضل الممارسات، والمشاركة في الجمعيات المهنية.

تطوير الأعمال:

• التواصل مع العملاء الجدد لتعريفهم بالمنتجات وفهم احتياجاتهم وكيفية تلبية متطلباتهم.

• تقديم الدعم والمعلومات والإرشاد للعملاء المحتملين من خلال إجراء عروض تقديمية للمنتجات والحصول على تعليقاتهم.

Job Brief:
The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits.

Accountabilities:

Policies & Procedures:

• Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

Market Knowledge:

• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.

• Analyze market trends to identify new products and understand their advantages and disadvantages.

• Plan and assist with new product releases and events.

• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional societies.

Business Development:

• Establish contact with new customers to introduce products, understand their needs, and determine how Zahrawi can help.

• Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering feedback.

• Follow up with new customers after demo sessions to negotiate contracts and packages.
