OneForma is seeking freelance recruiters to support recruitment for AI data projects, with a focus on language-based roles and multilingual profiles.

Your Role Includes:

• Attract local candidates for AI data tasks (remote or on-site)

• Launch recruiting campaigns and identify new sourcing channels

• Screen candidates based on project criteria
