Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and electrical repairs on various transport vehicles

• Repair engines and gearboxes

Qualifications

About the Role
Biotech Vision Care is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to promote our phakic intraocular lens (IOL) portfolio in the assigned region. This role focuses on account development, clinical support, and sales growth across hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.

Role Objectives

• Develop and maintain relationships with key ophthalmic surgeons, hospitals, and clinics

• Deliver expert clinical and technical support to drive product confidence and satisfaction

• Implement effective strategies to expand market share for phakic IOLs

• Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and training events

• Contribute to sales forecasting, market analysis, and reporting

Qualifications & Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Optometry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences)

• 4–6 years of ophthalmic sales experience, ideally in premium or phakic IOLs

• Strong technical knowledge of IOL calculations and procedures

• Fluent English required (other languages a plus)

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

Functional & Behavioral Skills

• Proven key account management and consultative selling ability

• In-depth understanding of ophthalmic procedures and market dynamics

• Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

• Results-driven, independent, and proactive contributor

أهداف الوظيفة

• تطوير وإدارة حسابات رئيسية تشمل الجراحين والمراكز الطبية

• تقديم دعم سريري وتقني متميز للعملاء لضمان الاستخدام الفعّال للمنتج
