Position: Department Manager – Stock & Visual Merchandising
Location: ALO Flagship Store – Bahrain

About the Role:

ALO is hiring a Department Manager for Stock and Visual Merchandising to oversee the flow of inventory, stockroom organization, and visual presentation standards in our Bahrain flagship store. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with vendors, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for aesthetic excellence and operational precision.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and stockroom organization

• Analyze inventory reports and identify improvement opportunities

• Coordinate stock movement, replenishment, and vendor relations

• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries and restocking

2. Visual Merchandising

• Implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with ALO’s seasonal brand image

• Plan effective store layouts and product positioning

• Drive sales through effective display and in-store presentation

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor KPIs for stock turnover, availability, and visual impact

• Use data to propose improvements in layout, inventory, and merchandising

4. Team Leadership

• Lead and train a team of stock and visual staff

• Conduct workshops and provide continuous coaching

• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and other department heads

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of retail experience in stock and/or visual merchandising roles

• Deep knowledge of inventory control, product presentation, and store planning

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and inventory management systems

• Excellent coordination with suppliers and cross-functional teams

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. إدارة المخزون

3. التقارير والتحليل

• تحليل الأداء في مجالي العرض والمخزون وتقديم توصيات للتحسين

• استخدام البيانات لفهم الاتجاهات وزيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية

4. إدارة الفريق

• قيادة وتطوير فريق المخزون والتصميم

• تدريب الفريق بشكل منتظم على المعرفة بالمنتج والمعايير

• التعاون مع مديري الأقسام الآخرين لضمان تحقيق الأهداف العامة

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة 3–5 سنوات في مجال التجزئة، خصوصاً في المخزون أو العرض المرئي
