المسمى الوظيفي: Machine Learning Engineer – LLMs
الموقع: نظام هجين (Hybrid) – إسبانيا
الراتب: من 55,000 إلى 90,000 يورو سنويًا + مكافآت + حزمة انتقال للعمل

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• استخدام تقنيات ضغط وتحسين النماذج مثل QLoRA، LoRA، Pruning، وDistillation

• نشر وتشغيل نماذج تعلم آلي على نطاق واسع في بيئات الإنتاج، سواء للاستخدامات الدورية (batch) أو في الزمن الحقيقي

• استخدام أدوات مثل vLLM وDeepSpeed

• تطوير أو تدريب نماذج LLMs المبنية على بنية المحولات (Transformers) من البداية

• المساهمة في تحسين واختبار أدوات تعلم الآلة وتحسين جودتها

• متابعة أحدث التطورات في تعلم الآلة والتعلم العميق وخدمات AWS

• التعاون مع فرق التحليل والمستخدمين لفهم الأهداف وتحويلها إلى نماذج تعلم آلي قابلة للتنفيذ والإنتاج

• المساهمة في تطوير وتحسين البنية التحتية الداعمة لدورة حياة النماذج

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاريع تعلم آلي من البداية للنهاية

• خبرة عملية في تدريب نماذج لغوية كبيرة (LLMs) باستخدام بنية المحولات

• فهم عميق لبنية المحولات، وخطوط تدريب النماذج، وأساليب التجريب

• خبرة مثبتة في تقنيات ضغط وتحسين النماذج مثل QLoRA وLoRA والتقطيع (Pruning) والتقطير (Distillation)

Job Description

Position: Machine Learning Engineer – LLMs
Work Model: Hybrid – Spain
Salary Range: €55,000 – €90,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply model compression and optimization techniques (QLoRA, LoRA, Pruning, Distillation)

• Deploy and operate machine learning models and pipelines at scale (batch and real-time)

• Utilize tools like vLLM and DeepSpeed

• Develop and train transformer-based LLMs from scratch

• Contribute to the optimization, testing, and quality improvement of ML deliverables

• Stay current with the latest in ML, deep learning, and AWS technologies

• Collaborate with analytics teams and stakeholders to align models with business goals

• Help build and improve infrastructure for full ML model lifecycle and deployment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience delivering ML projects end-to-end

• Hands-on experience with transformer-based LLMs

• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, training processes, and experimentation

• Proven use of compression/optimization techniques such as QLoRA, LoRA, Pruning, and Distillation

• Prepare measurements for building works to be included in Bills of Quantities and Cost Estimates
