ملخص الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مهندس مدني متحمّس وذو اهتمام بالتفاصيل (بحد أدنى 6 سنوات من الخبرة) ليشغل دورًا مزدوجًا كمنسق لمشاريع الإنشاءات. تتطلب الوظيفة خلفية هندسية قوية بالإضافة إلى مهارات عالية في إدارة المشاريع لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع من بدايتها حتى الانتهاء.

المتطلبات الأساسية:

خبرة في التحكم بالجودة أمر أساسي.
خبرة في إدارة المشاريع أمر أساسي.
يفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

التصميم والهندسة:

إعداد التصاميم الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية التفصيلية للمشاريع المدنية.
إجراء دراسات الجدوى والتحقيقات الميدانية لدعم عمليات التصميم.
ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير واللوائح الهندسية المعتمدة.

تنسيق المشاريع:

التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق للأنشطة الإنشائية لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
التنسيق مع فرق العمل والمقاولين وموردي المواد.
متابعة تقدم العمل وتحديثات المشروع بشكل دوري.
