Planning Engineer
عن الدور:
تطبيق أدوات وتقنيات إدارة المشاريع والتخطيط لضمان تحقيق موعد الانتهاء من المشروع والمعالم الزمنية بنجاح.
المهام الوظيفية:
-
متابعة أنشطة الموقع والهندسة وفقًا للجدول الزمني المعتمد للبناء.
-
مراجعة جداول البناء واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة مع تقديم توصيات لتحسينها.
-
التأكد من تقديم، شراء، وتسليم المواد طويلة الوقت في الوقت المحدد.
-
إعداد العروض التقديمية والتقارير.
-
تحليل والموافقة على طلبات تمديد الوقت والمطالبات.
-
التنبيه الفعّال لأي تأخيرات محتملة.
-
التواصل مع جميع الفرق وتقديم تغذية راجعة فعالة.
-
فحص خطط التعافي.
-
بدء والرد على المراسلات الرسمية.
الخبرة المطلوبة:
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مشاريع تطوير أو إنشاءات، تشمل المباني السكنية متعددة الطوابق، مع خبرة في شركات استشارية هندسية أو قطاع البناء في الشرق الأوسط وأماكن أخرى.
التعليم:
-
الحد الأدنى شهادة جامعية في مجال الهندسة أو ما يتعلق بها.
-
شهادة دراسات عليا في نفس المجال و/أو تسجيل كعضو في هيئة مهنية معترف بها ميزة إضافية.
الشهادات والعضويات:
-
عضوية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SSE) أو أي جمعية مهندسين محلية أخرى (للتوظيف خارج الكويت) مثل الجمعية السعودية للمهندسين الميكانيكيين (في السعودية)، CRPEP (لبحرين).
About the Role:
Apply project management and planning tools and techniques to ensure that the project finish date and milestones are successfully achieved.
What You Will Be Doing:

Monitor site and engineering activities based on the approved construction schedule.

Review and take action on construction schedules and recommend improvements.
-
Ensure long lead materials are submitted, procured, and delivered on time.
-
Develop presentations and reports.
-
Analyze and approve extension of time requests and claims.
-
Actively highlight any potential delays.
-
Communicate with all trades and provide efficient feedback.
-
Examine recovery plans.
-
Initiate and reply to formal letters.
Required Experience:
-
Minimum of 12 years overall experience in development or construction projects including multi-storey residential buildings, with experience working in engineering consultancy or construction industry in the Middle East and other locations.
Education:
-
Minimum qualification of a degree in an Engineering-related field.
-
A postgraduate degree in the same field and/or registration as a member of a recognized professional body is advantageous.
Certifications & Memberships:
-
Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) membership or any local engineer's society membership (for hiring outside Kuwait) such as Saudi Society of Mechanical Engineers (in KSA), CRPEP (for Bahrain).
