Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of DevOps (MLOps) to lead a high-performing team and shape the DevOps and MLOps strategy of a growing company based in the Basque Country, Spain. This role offers full technical autonomy and leadership ownership as the team expands. You'll define strategy, drive scalability, and support infrastructure design using state-of-the-art cloud technologies.

Details

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers across DevOps and MLOps

• Drive the technical roadmap and infrastructure scalability

• Build secure, scalable, and high-performing environments on AWS and Azure

• Design modern CI/CD pipelines and oversee cloud architecture

• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement DevOps best practices

• Manage service lifecycle standards and deployment procedures

• Hybrid setup based in Basque Country with relocation and visa support

Conditions

• €90,000 – €110,000 annual salary + bonus + relocation package

• Must have minimum 2 years managing engineering teams

• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps tooling
