يجب أن يمتلك الفني الميكانيكي مهارات عملية، وقدرة على الجهد البدني، وتصميم منهجي وعملي لضمان تنفيذ العمل بأمان وفعالية. يحتاج إلى مبادرة نشطة واتصال جيد لتقليل التأخيرات وإضاعة الوقت. يتوجب عليه الإبلاغ إلى الفني الأول والمشرف عن أي حالات أو ظروف غير عادية تتعلق بالعمل الجاري.

Job Description

The Mechanical Technician should have practical skills, physical effort, and systematic pragmatic determination to ensure safe and effective work progress. The role requires proactive initiative and good communication to minimize delays and time waste. Reporting to Senior Technician and Supervisor for any unusual conditions is mandatory.

The technician must cover shutdown activities, including extended working hours when needed, and be on a 24/7 on-call basis for emergencies. The role also involves leading and directing other craftsmen and assigned trainees.
