Job Objective:

Oversee the daily operations of service delivery and design new ways to optimize service quality and overall operations of the Emerging Services function, in line with strategic goals.

Job Specifications:

• Lead the service delivery team onsite and in remote locations, ensuring necessary enablers (systems, training, toolkits, escalation processes) are in place for effective execution.
