Job Objective:
The Compliance Specialist will support the implementation of the compliance and AML/CFT program, ensuring adherence to all internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Monitor and improve the effectiveness of AML/CFT programs
-
Stay updated on international compliance standards and notify management of concerns
-
Interpret and apply regulatory laws to ensure full compliance
-
Draft and implement policies and procedures
-
Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies
-
Support internal compliance assessments and prepare related reports
-
Investigate suspicious activity and fraud cases
-
Analyze alerts, disputes, and reports to identify trends
-
Collaborate with departments to embed compliance into operations
-
Track compliance incidents and manage documentation
-
Maintain and update the company’s risk register using KRI metrics
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or similar
-
AML or Compliance certification (e.g., CAMS) is preferred
-
3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or financial crime
-
Strong understanding of payment services and card processing
-
Deep knowledge of compliance laws and risk frameworks

الهدف من الوظيفة:
دعم تنفيذ برنامج الالتزام ومكافحة غسل الأموال/تمويل الإرهاب، وضمان التوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية والإجراءات الداخلية.
المهام الوظيفية:

متابعة وتحسين أداء برامج مكافحة غسل الأموال

البقاء على اطلاع بالمعايير التنظيمية الدولية وإبلاغ الإدارة بالمخاطر
-
مراقبة وتطبيق القوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة
-
المساعدة في تطوير السياسات والإجراءات
-
تقييم المخاطر ووضع خطط التخفيف
-
دعم عمليات التقييم الداخلي وإعداد التقارير
-
التحقيق في الأنشطة المشبوهة وإعداد النتائج للإدارة
-
تحليل بيانات الإنذارات والنزاعات والتقارير لاكتشاف الاتجاهات
-
التعاون مع الإدارات لضمان تطبيق الالتزام ضمن العمليات
-
إدارة الحوادث الخاصة بالالتزام وتوثيقها
-
تحديث سجل المخاطر ومتابعة تنفيذ خطط المعالجة
المؤهلات والخبرة:
-
بكالوريوس في التمويل أو الأعمال أو البنوك
-
يفضل وجود شهادة في مجال الالتزام أو مكافحة غسل الأموال مثل CAMS
-
خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الالتزام أو التدقيق أو الجرائم المالية
-
معرفة قوية بمجال خدمات الدفع ومعالجة البطاقات
-
فهم عميق لمتطلبات الالتزام وإدارة المخاطر
