We are hiring a Sales & Application Engineer – BMS to drive sales strategy and deliver innovative Building Management Systems to our clients. You’ll be the technical-commercial bridge between Yateem and consultants, contractors, and end-users across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue BMS sales opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

• Achieve sales targets with tailored BMS solutions.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Deliver impactful technical presentations and proposals.

• Support BMS design: control strategies, architecture, specifications.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead to post-sale support.

• Collaborate across internal teams for project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• 3–5 years of BMS or automation systems experience.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Chiller Technician to lead chiller maintenance, troubleshooting, and team supervision. This full-time role requires hands-on expertise and leadership to ensure all chiller systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on chillers, compressors, and cooling towers.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in chiller systems.

• Lead junior technicians and provide technical guidance and training.

• Conduct system inspections and use diagnostic tools for fault detection.

• Optimize system performance for energy efficiency and reliability.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure safe rapid repairs.
