Job Summary

As a QA Analyst Intern, you will help ensure our digital products meet top-tier standards in quality, performance, and user experience. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to detect and resolve issues efficiently, while also improving QA workflows and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements and design test cases

• Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and backend platforms

• Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA

• Collaborate with development teams to verify fixes and clarify bugs

• Document and maintain test plans, cases, and reports

• Conduct various tests: regression, functional, usability, smoke, and exploratory

• Assist with automation using tools like Selenium, Postman, or Cypress

• Contribute to enhancing QA tools, frameworks, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 0.5 to 3 years of experience in QA or similar roles

• Understanding of QA methodologies and testing tools

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)

• Basic API knowledge and testing experience with Postman

• Basic knowledge of Selenium WebDriver (preferred, not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to automation tools like Cypress, Saucelabs, or Playwright

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of SQL

• ISTQB certification or SDET background is a plus

• التعاون مع المطورين ومديري المنتجات للتحقق من الحلول

• إعداد وثائق الاختبار مثل الخطط والتقارير

• إجراء أنواع مختلفة من الاختبارات: اختبار الانحدار، الوظيفي، القابلية للاستخدام، الاستكشافي وغيرها

• المساعدة في كتابة اختبارات آلية باستخدام أدوات مثل Selenium وPostman وCypress

• المساهمة في تطوير وتحسين أدوات وإجراءات ضمان الجودة

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة

• من 6 أشهر إلى 3 سنوات خبرة في مجال ضمان الجودة أو مجال مشابه

• معرفة بأساسيات منهجيات وأدوات الاختبار

• خبرة في بيئة Agile/Scrum ومع أدوات تتبع الأخطاء مثل JIRA

• معرفة بأساسيات واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) واختبارها باستخدام Postman

• يفضل معرفة بأساسيات Selenium WebDriver (غير إلزامي)

المؤهلات المفضلة

• معرفة بأدوات الأتمتة مثل Cypress أو Playwright أو Saucelabs

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration & Feature Engineering: Merge internal and external datasets to create reliable inputs for ML models
