Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage Opportunity in Bahrain – Lead Service, Inspire Teams 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across F&B outlets

• Lead and motivate service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Monitor quality, hygiene, and compliance with F&B standards

• Support menu planning, staff scheduling, and cost control

• Work closely with the kitchen and hotel departments to ensure smooth service flow

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally

• Assist the F&B Manager in strategic planning and training

Requirements

• High energy and passion for the hospitality and F&B industry

• Previous experience in a similar role in F&B or hotel operations is preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• A hands-on, guest-centric approach

• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems on the go

• يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات أو العمليات الفندقية

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم والقيادة
