Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between Quantity Surveyors and Project Engineers: Ensure seamless communication and information flow between these departments.

- Oversee Project Timelines: Track project progress and ensure that milestones are met on schedule.

- Procurement Coordination: Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.

- Documentation Management:Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.

- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, escalating to senior management when necessary.

- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

HVAC & Plumbing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Working as a HVAC & Plumbing Engineer.

Estimation & Costing for the project.

Reviewing the MEP Drawing and making changes as per site condition.

Coordinating with the client MEP team.

Reviewing the HVAC & Plumbing drawings before submitting to client and mall management.

Heat load calculation as per HVAC standards.

Dealing with manpower for successful execution of projects.

Dealing with sub-contractors and vendors for project execution.

Making list of material requirements as per project.

Taking quotations for materials project-wise from different suppliers.

Reviewing the site every day.

Guiding the team to work effectively within the time schedule.

Reporting any modifications required at the site to senior & client and doing the needful.

Coordinating with draftsman for preparation of MEP drawings.

Testing and commissioning of the system.

 QA/QC Supervisor

Ensures Quality: Verifies all furniture products meet high-quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Material Inspection: Inspects incoming raw materials (wood, hardware, fabric, etc.) for quality and quantity.

In-Process Monitoring: Conducts quality checks at every stage of furniture production (cutting, assembly, finishing, upholstery).

Final Product Check: Performs thorough final inspections of completed furniture pieces for defects, dimensions, and aesthetic finish.

Defect Resolution: Identifies, documents, and reports defects; collaborates with production to find root causes and implement solutions.

Quality Reporting: Maintains detailed inspection records and prepares regular quality reports.

Standard Compliance: Ensures all products adhere to relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Works closely with production teams, providing feedback and supporting continuous quality improvement.

Experience: Requires 3-5 years of proven QA/QC experience in a furniture manufacturing or woodworking setting.

Project Planning Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role

Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling principles.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 منسق المشروع

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- التنسيق بين مساحي الكميات ومهندسي المشروع: ضمان التواصل السلس وتدفق المعلومات بين هذه الأقسام.

- الإشراف على الجداول الزمنية للمشروع: تتبع تقدم المشروع والتأكد من استيفاء المعالم في الموعد المحدد.

- تنسيق المشتريات: التواصل مع فريق المشتريات لضمان الطلب والتسليم في الوقت المناسب للمواد.

- إدارة الوثائق: صيانة وتحديث وثائق المشروع، بما في ذلك العقود والجداول الزمنية وتقارير التقدم.

- حل المشكلات: تحديد وحل أي مشكلات قد تنشأ أثناء دورة حياة المشروع، وتصعيدها إلى الإدارة العليا عند الضرورة.

التعامل مع القوى العاملة لتنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.

التعامل مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين لتنفيذ المشاريع.

إعداد قائمة بمتطلبات المواد حسب المشروع.

أخذ عروض أسعار للمواد الخاصة بالمشروع من موردين مختلفين.

مراجعة الموقع يوميا.

توجيه الفريق للعمل بشكل فعال ضمن الجدول الزمني.

الإبلاغ عن أي تعديلات مطلوبة في الموقع إلى الرئيس والعميل والقيام بما يلزم.

التنسيق مع الرسام لإعداد رسومات MEP.

اختبار وتشغيل النظام.

 مشرف ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة

ضمان الجودة: التحقق من أن جميع منتجات الأثاث تلبي معايير الجودة العالية والمواصفات ومتطلبات العملاء.

فحص المواد: فحص المواد الخام الواردة (الخشب، الأجهزة، القماش، وما إلى ذلك) من حيث الجودة والكمية.

المراقبة أثناء العملية: إجراء فحوصات الجودة في كل مرحلة من مراحل إنتاج الأثاث (القطع والتجميع والتشطيب والتنجيد).

فحص المنتج النهائي: إجراء عمليات تفتيش نهائية شاملة لقطع الأثاث المكتملة بحثًا عن العيوب والأبعاد واللمسة الجمالية.

حل العيوب: تحديد العيوب وتوثيقها والإبلاغ عنها؛ والتعاون مع الإنتاج للعثور على الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الحلول.

إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالجودة: الاحتفاظ بسجلات تفتيش مفصلة وإعداد تقارير الجودة بشكل منتظم.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في دور مماثل

فهم قوي لمبادئ التخطيط والجدولة للمشروع.

الكفاءة في استخدام برنامج Primavera P6 أو أي برنامج جدولة آخر.

مهارات جيدة في التحليل وحل المشكلات.

اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
