We are seeking a skilled Purchaser with 5–8 years of experience in kitchen equipment procurement. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, ensure data accuracy, monitor delivery performance, and drive international purchasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors

• Manage and update product and purchasing data in Focus ERP

• Supervise product arrivals, inspect for damage, and manage returns

• Troubleshoot invoicing issues, pricing discrepancies, and delivery problems

• Evaluate vendors, carriers, and delivery processes and recommend improvements

• Ensure effective customer service and track the status of product progress

• Take action to prevent stockouts caused by shipment delays

• Oversee vendor delivery schedules and maintain tracking systems

• Prepare, analyze, and validate bids, contracts, and vendor agreements

Requirements

• 5–8 years of procurement experience in the kitchen equipment sector

• Hands-on experience using Focus or similar purchasing systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities

• Experience in international purchasing and logistics

• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
