Pre-Construction & Engineering Director
The Pre-Construction & Engineering Director plays a critical leadership role in positioning the Construction Platform for growth and operational excellence. This role leads and integrates Business Development, Pipeline Management, Tendering & Estimating, and Engineering (Pre-Contract and Operations), while contributing to strategic planning and digital transformation. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in leading Estimation, Tendering, and Business Development efforts.
