Information Technology Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope, and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information

• Monitor project progress and handle any arising issues

• Act as a liaison and communicate status updates

• Create and maintain documentation, plans, and reports

Responsibilities

• Perform security analysis and develop robust security architecture to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the bank’s information.

• Develop security architecture for various Information Security control systems.

• Conduct Information Security Risk Assessments for new IT systems, design, and recommend security controls to mitigate risks. Reassess and enhance security architecture as needed.

• Review security architecture of new technology solutions and business applications, assess security risks, and recommend controls.

• Research, recommend, and implement security standards, systems, and best practices.

• Review system security and implement necessary security controls and enhancements.

• Evaluate and implement information security technologies and countermeasures against threats.

• Review technical service requests and IT user changes for Information Security risks.

• Apply Security by Design methodology to ensure end-to-end security.

• Develop and maintain security baseline for all IT assets (routers, firewalls, LANs, WANs, VPNs, network devices).

• Provide security architectural guidance to IT teams.

• Identify risks and weaknesses in applications.

• Ensure secure application design, architecture, and conduct application security testing.
