Description:

1. Experience

• Experience in graphic design and/or video editing preferred (including freelance or internship work).

2. Technical Skills

• Graphic Design:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  • Understanding typography, color theory, layout, and branding

  • Ability to design for digital and print media

• Video Editing:

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

  • Ability to edit raw footage, add motion graphics, transitions, color correction, and sound

  • Knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization for web and social media

• Photography:

  • Knowledge of photography and video camera operation

3. Soft Skills:

• Strong creativity and attention to detail

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Communication skills for working with clients or teams

• Ability to take feedback and revise designs accordingly
