Key Responsibilities:

مطلوب رسام تصميم (Draftsman)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد رسومات تفصيلية باستخدام برامج CAD بناءً على المواصفات المقدمة من المهندسين والمعماريين.

• التعاون مع فرق التصميم لفهم متطلبات المشروع وتطوير رسومات فنية دقيقة.

• مراجعة وتحليل الرسومات الأولية والمواصفات والبيانات الأخرى لإنشاء خطط شاملة.

• التأكد من أن جميع الرسومات متوافقة مع القوانين والمعايير ذات الصلة.

• تعديل الرسومات بناءً على ملاحظات أصحاب المشروع.

• الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة للرسومات والتعديلات.

• المساعدة في تخطيط وجدولة المشاريع حسب الحاجة.

• متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات وتحديثات البرامج في المجال.

المؤهلات:

• دبلوم فني في الرسم الهندسي أو تقنية الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل شهادة بكالوريوس).

• إتقان برامج CAD مثل AutoCAD وRevit.

• فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة والمعمارية.

• اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والدقة.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
