🎯 Overall Objective

This role involves strategic planning, demand and inventory analysis, procurement operations, and supply chain coordination to optimize stock levels and ensure business continuity.

📌 Key Deliverables

• Establish rolling demand forecasts across multiple time horizons using trends, historical sales data, and growth targets.

• Develop collaborative demand plans with input from sales and marketing teams.

• Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels by assessing aging, non-moving, and shelf-life stock data.

• Minimize out-of-stock scenarios and lost opportunities through accurate forecasting and proactive gap analysis.

• Anticipate supply constraints and adjust plans accordingly.

• Prepare timely, accurate inventory reports and lead monthly forecast review meetings.

• Maintain strong internal and external communication to support seamless supply chain operations.

🧾 Requirements

• Preferably a Master’s degree holder with prior experience in demand/supply planning and inventory management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build effective professional relationships.

• Excellent analytical thinking and quick decision-making in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

📌 النتائج الرئيسية المطلوبة

• إعداد توقعات طلبات مستمرة على مدى آفاق زمنية مختلفة باستخدام اتجاهات السوق، والبيانات التاريخية، وأهداف النمو.

• إعداد خطط طلب تعاونية مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات.

• مراقبة جودة المخزون من خلال تقييم مستمر لعمر المنتجات، والمواد الراكدة، وفترة الصلاحية، وتقديم تقارير بذلك.

• تقليل فرص فقد المبيعات بسبب نفاد المخزون من خلال تحسين التخطيط والتنبؤ.

• وضع خطط استباقية تراعي قيود التوريد.

• إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب حول المخزون، وقيادة اجتماعات مراجعة التنبؤ الشهرية.

• الحفاظ على قنوات تواصل قوية داخلية وخارجية لضمان فعالية سلسلة الإمداد.

🧾 المتطلبات

• يفضل أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على درجة الماجستير ولديه خبرة سابقة في تخطيط الطلب/التوريد وإدارة المخزون.

• مهارات تواصل قوية كتابيًا وشفهيًا وقدرة على بناء علاقات عمل فعالة.

• التفكير التحليلي واتخاذ القرارات بسرعة في بيئة عمل ديناميكية.

• إجادة استخدام برنامج Excel.
