As a Field Engineer or Technical Specialist, you will receive hands-on training and support to lead operations, solve technical challenges, and become a key decision-maker on-site. Whether your path leads toward technical mastery or team leadership, this role gives you a strong foundation in real-world energy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage equipment and ensure high performance at the wellsite

• Learn and apply engineering design, maintenance, and planning practices

• Collaborate with specialists and engineers to make critical decisions

• Conduct formation evaluations, analyze rock cuttings, and interpret well data

• Monitor sensors and maintain field systems

• Lead crews and manage operational processes within one year

• Create reports and contribute to post-job reviews and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Geoscience, or a related technical discipline

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Problem-solving mindset and quick learning ability

• Proven teamwork and leadership potential

عن الوظيفة:

انضم إلى طليعة صناعة الطاقة من خلال مسار مهني يجمع بين العمليات الميدانية والهندسة والتقنيات المتقدمة. بصفتك مهندسًا ميدانيًا أو أخصائيًا تقنيًا، ستحصل على تدريب عملي ودعم مستمر لتقود العمليات وتحل التحديات التقنية وتتخذ قرارات مهمة في الموقع. هذه فرصة فريدة لتأسيس مسيرتك المهنية في بيئة حقيقية ديناميكية وتطوير مهارات فنية وقيادية متقدمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تشغيل المعدات وإدارة الأداء في موقع البئر

• تعلم وتطبيق مفاهيم التصميم الهندسي والصيانة والتخطيط

• التعاون مع المهندسين والمتخصصين في اتخاذ القرارات الميدانية

• تقييم التكوينات الجيولوجية وتحليل القطع الصخرية وتفسير بيانات الآبار

• مراقبة الحساسات وصيانة أنظمة الموقع

• قيادة الفرق الميدانية خلال عام من التعيين

• إعداد التقارير الفنية والمشاركة في تحليل الأداء وتحسين العمليات

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو الجيوعلوم أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة

• مهارات في حل المشكلات وقدرة على التعلم السريع

• القدرة على العمل الجماعي وإظهار مهارات القيادة

• التزام شخصي بالتطور المهني والتحسين المستمر
