 Job Purpose

You will lead the design of innovative talent models to support clients’ temporary staffing and workforce needs across multiple regions. This involves collaborating with internal and client stakeholders, running workshops, and delivering optimal, scalable, and tech-aligned staffing solutions. You'll support transformational projects and remain involved through design transfer, launch, and advisory support phases.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design talent models aligned with client needs and Randstad strategy

• Lead sales workshops and client engagements

• Collaborate across departments including IT, operations, and delivery

• Design across location, payroll, and tech stack strategies

• Create pricing models, validate compliance and legal frameworks

• Support offshoring, marketing, and technology transformation projects

Job Purpose

Randstad Sourceright is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Architect to design innovative and scalable solutions that meet the complex needs of international clients. You will analyze requirements, create future-proof designs, and ensure alignment with Randstad’s global IT transformation strategy while avoiding technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to design unified client experiences using existing and new technologies

• Create high-level designs aligned with Randstad’s IT standards and architectural goals

• Lead solution strategies for enterprise deals, including tech stack and payroll/location strategies

• Provide input into IT roadmaps and product development based on client needs

• Conduct workshops with clients and internal teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions

• Support key transformational projects: Talent Marketing, Offshoring, TOMs, and more

• Act as the bridge between delivery, IT, and sales—driving scalable, supportable innovations

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of HR tech (ATS, VMS, CRM) and product development

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Google/Microsoft platforms

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Able to prioritize effectively and work under pressure

• Skilled in solution design, compliance validation, and pricing analysis

• Familiar with Challenger sales methodology and KPI/OKR-driven environments

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
