 Junior Accountant ‼️

 

Are you ready to launch your Accounting career in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? We’re on the lookout for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

🔹Post business transactions, process supplier invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records. 

🔹Obtain appropriate authorisation for all supplier invoices and employee expenses.

🔹Coordination with Purchasing Department to ensure accurate record keeping of invoices that matches the purchase orders.

🔹Continuous liaison with Treasury Accountant to ensure timely payment to suppliers.

🔹Request for Statement of Accounts from suppliers on a monthly basis to ensure completeness of bills recorded.

🔹Resolving all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.

🔹Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance with the VAT regulations.

🔹Preparation, validation and submission of monthly VAT returns, ensuring the completeness of supporting documents as mandated by VAT authorities.

🔹Perform payables and VAT reconciliations as part of the monthly closing process.

Who you are:

✔️ Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university.

✔️ Fluent in both Arabic and English (written & spoken).

✔️Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RFI-related systems.

✔️ Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

✔️ Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling pressure with a smile!

ما سوف تفعله:

🔹نشر المعاملات التجارية، ومعالجة فواتير الموردين، والتحقق من البيانات المالية لاستخدامها في الحفاظ على سجلات الحسابات الدائنة. 

🔹الحصول على التفويض المناسب لجميع فواتير الموردين ونفقات الموظفين.

🔹التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات لضمان حفظ السجلات الدقيقة للفواتير التي تتطابق مع أوامر الشراء.

🔹التواصل المستمر مع محاسب الخزانة لضمان الدفع في الوقت المناسب للموردين.

🔹طلب كشف حساب من الموردين بشكل شهري للتأكد من اكتمال الفواتير المسجلة.

🔹حل كافة المشاكل المتعلقة بالمستحقات مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية.

🔹توفير الدعم المحاسبي والإداري لضمان أن المعاملات المالية تتوافق مع لوائح ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

🔹إعداد وتدقيق وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية الشهرية، والتأكد من اكتمال المستندات الداعمة حسب ما تقرره سلطات ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

🔹إجراء عمليات تسوية مستحقات الدفع وضريبة القيمة المضافة كجزء من عملية الإغلاق الشهرية.

من أنت:

✔️ خريج جديد حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة مرموقة.

✔️ إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

✔️مهارة في استخدام برامج Microsoft Word وExcel وPowerPoint والأنظمة المتعلقة بـ RFI.

✔️ يتمتع بمهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات تحليلية وشخصية ممتازة.

✔️ منظم للغاية، استباقي، وقادر على التعامل مع الضغوط بابتسامة!
