About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager – Smart SoC to lead end-to-end product management throughout the full product lifecycle—from evaluation to EOL. This is your chance to make an impact with cutting-edge technology and redefine product success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of smart SoC products: evaluation, initialization, development, MP, and EOL

• Collaborate with local sales/FAE teams to ensure product-market fit and expand customer base

• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions (online/on-site) for sales and distribution teams

• Maintain deep insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

• Collect and evaluate new product requirements, and anticipate future market directions

• Identify leading customer needs and mainstream market trends

• Provide real-time competitor analysis and market trend evaluation

• Guide product strategy and roadmap through cost and market analysis

• Support sales in winning major customers and key projects

• Promote new products in the market with strategic initiatives

• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to build strong partnerships

المهام

• إدارة دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل: التقييم، البدء، التطوير، الإنتاج، وإنهاء المنتج

• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والدعم الفني لضمان توافق المنتجات مع السوق وزيادة العملاء

• إعداد أدوات ومواد التدريب، وتقديم التدريبات لفِرق المبيعات والموزعين (عن بُعد أو ميدانياً)

• متابعة السوق والعملاء والمنافسين بعمق وتحليل الاتجاهات باستمرار

• جمع وتحليل متطلبات المنتجات الجديدة

• استكشاف احتياجات العملاء الرئيسيين في السوق السائد

• إجراء تحليلات دقيقة للمنافسين في الوقت الفعلي

• توجيه استراتيجية المنتجات وخارطة الطريق بناءً على تحليل التكاليف والمنافسة

• دعم فرق المبيعات للفوز بالعملاء والمشاريع الكبرى

• الترويج للمنتجات الجديدة في السوق

• بناء علاقات استراتيجية مع الشركاء في النظام البيئي
