About the Job

Alzayani Investments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Engineer (Bahraini Candidate) to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and Operations

• Supervise the daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/system issues.

• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for specialized work.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Project Management

• Manage renovation and installation projects.

• Prepare budgets, schedules, and documentation.

• Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee project execution to ensure timeliness and cost-efficiency.

Administrative Support

• Process RFQs and evaluate vendor quotes.

• Support procurement activities.

• Maintain organized records of contracts and expenses.

• Prepare regular reports and documentation.

Energy Management & Sustainability

• Propose and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze energy data.

• Stay up to date on green building practices.

Safety and Compliance

• Conduct inspections and address hazards.

• Enforce safety procedures and ensure legal compliance.

• Manage emergency response related to facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Solid understanding of building systems and codes.

• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings.

• Familiarity with CMMS software (preferred).

• Certifications like CFM or P.E. are an asset.

المسؤوليات الأساسية

الصيانة والتشغيل

• الإشراف على الأنظمة اليومية للمباني مثل التكييف والكهرباء والصرف الصحي وأنظمة الحماية من الحريق.

• إعداد وتنفيذ جداول صيانة وقائية.

• تشخيص الأعطال وحل المشاكل بسرعة وكفاءة.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين الخارجيين.

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والأنظمة البيئية.

إدارة المشاريع

• الإشراف على مشاريع التجديد والتركيبات الجديدة.

• إعداد الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية والوثائق الفنية.

• التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لضمان التنفيذ السلس.

• المتابعة لضمان إنجاز المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وبالميزانية المحددة.

الدعم الإداري

• إعداد وتحليل طلبات عروض الأسعار من الموردين.

• دعم عملية الشراء الخاصة بالخدمات والمعدات.

• حفظ سجلات منظمة للعقود والمشتريات والنفقات.

• إعداد تقارير دورية.

إدارة الطاقة والاستدامة

• تنفيذ مبادرات توفير الطاقة وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.

• مراقبة وتحليل استهلاك الطاقة.

• متابعة أحدث تقنيات كفاءة الطاقة والممارسات البيئية.

السلامة والامتثال

• إجراء فحوصات دورية وتحديد المخاطر.

• تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات السلامة.

• التعامل مع الطوارئ المتعلقة بالمرافق.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو إدارة المرافق أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة المرافق أو مجال مشابه.

• معرفة متعمقة بأنظمة المباني والمعايير التنظيمية.

• مهارات تحليلية وتنسيقية ممتازة.

• القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية والمخططات.

• يُفضل الإلمام ببرامج إدارة الصيانة (CMMS).

• شهادات مهنية مثل CFM أو P.E. تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
