AI/ML Solution Architect

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 AI and cloud engineers, focusing on rapid prototyping of AI/ML solutions within a leading cloud environment.

Provide invaluable mentoring and technical guidance to both junior and mid-level team members.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to various stakeholders and clients.

Develop highly scalable services that implement cutting-edge AI/ML functionalities, including NLP and sophisticated ML models.

Implement diverse machine learning solutions addressing challenging computer vision and NLP use cases.

Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), including performing advanced prompt engineering tasks.

Design and implement intricate data transformation services for applications like automatic translation, transcription, Text2SQL, and intent/gesture recognition.

Data Pipeline Development: Architect, construct, and maintain resilient and scalable data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from disparate sources.

Utilize a major cloud platform to implement AI/ML solutions, leveraging services like managed machine learning platforms, serverless compute, and intelligent document processing.

Gain a deep understanding of customer business challenges and offer expert technology consulting to identify optimal solutions.

Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, acting as a key decision-maker and driving the delivery team forward.

Define infrastructure as code using industry-standard tools for infrastructure provisioning.

Design, build, and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines across multiple integration and test environments.

Stay abreast of the latest innovations in cloud technology and pursue advanced professional/specialty certifications aligned with personal interest.

What We're Looking For:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.

Significant professional experience in developing data or AI solutions, with a strong preference for a prominent cloud environment.

Experience with some of the following technologies: managed machine learning services, data integration services, big data processing frameworks, relational database services, object storage, and search services.

Robust proficiency in Python and experience with relevant data science and machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., pandas, pyspark, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib).

Familiarity with SQL.

Knowledge of various leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core services.

Familiarity with key AI/ML technologies (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, anomaly detection).

Understanding of modern AI tools and concepts like LLMs, generative AI models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear, concise communication skills.

Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Professional or Specialty level cloud certification is highly desirable.
