About the Role:
Join the Platform team at SignalWire to design and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. Collaborate with engineers and customers to solve critical issues and drive operational excellence through automation and observability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure with tools like Terraform

• Design containerized architectures using Docker & Kubernetes

• Ensure high system reliability and performance monitoring

• Develop logging, metrics, and tracing systems

• Join customer calls for urgent troubleshooting

• Lead incident responses and participate in on-call rotations

• Work with networking, Linux, and security best practices

• Support CI/CD pipelines and coding in Python, Shell, or other languages

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering

• Experience with container tools, IaC (Terraform), and observability tools

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions)

• Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Clickhouse, Redis, Postgres
