Operations Associate Role in Bahrain – Focus on Nutritional Supplements Industry
About the Role
We are a specialized Management Consulting firm serving the Nutritional Supplement Industry internationally. We support clients across the entire product lifecycle, from market launch to e-commerce maintenance and optimization. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our Bahrain office and help manage e-commerce platforms, data entry, documentation, and international coordination.Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain e-commerce websites (Shopify, PlentyMarkets, Amazon, eBay), including product listings, inventory, and technical issue resolution

Enter and manage product data in databases and ERP systems with high accuracy

Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word

Adapt and proofread content in multiple EU languages

Conduct international market and legal research in the nutritional supplements sector and present findings clearly

Handle communication and coordination with manufacturers, labs, regulatory bodies, and internal departments

Work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new tasks
Qualifications & Skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)

Proficient in English

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

إدارة وصيانة مواقع التجارة الإلكترونية (Shopify، PlentyMarkets، Amazon، eBay)، بما في ذلك تحديث قوائم المنتجات، المخزون، وحل المشكلات التقنية
