 Responsibilities

• Own and develop the “trading floor” quantitative strategy for Nuitée, integrating real-time market data to optimize hotel and travel inventory.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex statistical and machine learning models to analyze booking patterns, customer behavior, and travel market trends.

• Create predictive models to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and improve inventory allocation—mirroring real-time risk management approaches seen on trading floors.

• Conduct high-impact A/B testing and other experimental designs to evaluate product and pricing changes.

• Develop and refine dynamic pricing algorithms, demand forecasting models, and recommendation engines that can handle large-scale data in real-time.

• Implement optimization solutions for route management, cost minimization, and personalized travel experiences.

• Translate complex data analyses into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders, product teams, and other decision-makers.

• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations, providing 360° oversight of key business metrics—similar to a trading floor’s real-time analytics.

Senior Golang Engineer

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years of experience in software development, with significant expertise in API development. 

Strong technical proficiency with GoLang and AWS/GCP. 

Good understanding of low-code development principles and practices. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on complex tasks.

Backend Engineer

Our Ideal Candidate:

4+ years of professional experience in software development.

Strong experience in Golang programming language.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.

Expertise in building and managing microservices and event-driven architectures.

Experience working with hotel APIs or travel industry APIs (e.g., booking, availability, pricing).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.

Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.

• قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة النماذج الإحصائية المعقدة ونماذج التعلم الآلي لتحليل أنماط الحجز وسلوك العملاء واتجاهات سوق السفر.

• إنشاء نماذج تنبؤية للتنبؤ بالطلب وتحسين الأسعار وتحسين تخصيص المخزون - تعكس نهج إدارة المخاطر في الوقت الفعلي التي نراها في قاعات التداول.
